BBB Issues Warning About Art Heist, Hollywood Framed

Better Business Bureau has received numerous complaints from across the country about two websites based in Leander, Texas — art-heist.com and hollywoodframed.com. Consumers allege they ordered art and frames from Hollywood Framed and Art Heist, but either never received their orders, received the wrong order or received a product far inferior to the one advertised online. Many alleged the company did not respond to their calls or emails pertaining to delivery of the product ordered or refunds.

Soundwave Cruises Sails Away with Consumers’ Money

In the last few months, Better Business Bureau has received complaints from consumers across the country about Texas-based Soundwave Cruises. Consumers allege they paid Jacob Dominguez, the company’s owner, thousands of dollars for cruises, and then received notification that those cruises were overbooked or cancelled. Though Dominguez promised quick refunds, some are still waiting for their money.
